ha!
finally i'm back!
well well... let's reply before i talk abt the lack of updates...pk je je:
omg u actually do come!?
u must hv been really bored at work haha
well well... now u're hving fun in hk la... hahakevin:
well well... just read on...
i'll explain...
hahathese days:
k... so... the lack of update....
well... i kindda wanted to have one update of all my pics from hk...
so... since my last roll of velvia from hk wasn't done... no update...
when i was bak from hk...
i think that roll was ~frame 24 (it's a roll of 36)
who knew? took me 2 months to finish it... =o=
worse still
i usually advance right after taking a shot when i'm nearing the end of roll
but for some reason i didn't advance...
and when i grabbed my cam last week for a sunset
i realized that the roll of velvia was done longgggg ago
=o=
o wells....
and then uh....
i guess i shot too much in hk
so i wasn't quite in the mood to shoot once i'm back
or maybe it's due to some personal mood thingy
who knows
moreover
i kindda wanted to start another blog
one that u could tag, search, and so on
i guesss xanga is no gd anymore?
anyways
here i am
no
i still hvn't developed that roll of velvia yet
well well...random picz of some cams
that i hvn't shown before
some were on fb
some weren't
...
..
.
Nikkormat FTN, 50 1.4, 28 3.5
$100, craigslist, Dec 2011
the nikkormat shots in this entry was shot with this cam
the 50 1.4 got some fungus / weird stuff on front element...
Olympus OM-1 MD, 50 1.4, comes with everready & paperworks
$85, craigslist, july 2012
Nikomat FTN, 50 1.4, with everready
$90, craigslist, july 2012
unfortunately the most important part of this cam (the nameplate) has quite a lot of scratches
o well...
Olympus Pen FT with 40 1.4
think i've shown the cam earlier
the lens was $225... which is quite expensive...
but then at least i could finally shoot with my pen....
and now the problems arise (arose?)
the lens' infinity calibration seem to be off
the camera's film advance doesn't seem to be working properly...
hmm...
edixa mat reflex b
$25, craigslist, Sept 2012
M42 mount, west germany cam from ~1960's
surprisingly it feels very crude...
FED-2D, Industar-26M (52 2.8) with everready
$35, craigslist, bought last week
russian rangefinder from the 60's
looks + feels great... we'll find out how it shoots...
Zorki 4's with Jupiter-8's (50 f2)
$115 for both, criagslist, bought last week
i guess either i didn't test throughly...
or
russian cameras are terribly unreliable
one of them has a slow second curtain at speeds 60 and lower
the other one will refuse to fire randomly
o well....
at least they look great... and feel very russian (i.e. rough)
surprisingly they hv huge finders
bought a bunch of film from hk
:D :D :D
great... now where do i process them cheaply?
random shot of my FED-2D
D80, 50 1.4 non-ai (free-lens-ing)
BOKEH!k... i was gonna upload some film shots too
but i'm lazy
so uh...
next time i guess
propz plz! :D12:29am
