i remembered that once upon a time,
i wondered what would happen if xanga's server had crashed
or if they have to close down...
then all our memories... would simply disappear...

then facebook came along

xanga traffic dropped... a lot...

bought an Olympus Pen E-P1 with 14-42 for $175 off craigslist
i never used the kit lens... its too big & too slow
i used my Pen F 40 1.4...

and with the 40 1.4 on a digital pen, it becomes a sweet, fast, short-tele macro

within a few weeks, i bought myself a 15 f8 body cap lens
for $50 new, why not? its great fun!
optically it's gd enough for the internet...
f8 is rather slow... but with in-body IS, it is usable under normal interior lighting
